Tim Ball is a certified meeting professional (CMP) and has over 20 years experience in event management and marketing and has managed meetings in the association, private industry, and government sectors. Tim has the full range of meeting planning skills from database management and site selection to meeting facilitation and onsite leadership. Moreover, with a degree and experience in marketing, he brings a business approach to his meeting management abilities. Skilled in marketing strategy development and promotions, he can plan marketing campaigns and ensure effective communication vehicles and successfully attended events. An adept communicator, he can also facilitate meetings, make presentations, and moderate sessions. He also has a high level of organization, financial management skills, and problem solving abilities.

Michael Ball has over 20 years of account and project management experience with half of those in meeting planning and marketing management. With a business degree in marketing and management experience, Michael is skilled at event planning and promotions as well as advertising and public relations campaign development and execution. An excellent writer and creative consultant, he has an editor’s attention to detail combined with a publisher’s business sense. As a former sales executive, he brings his selling and negotiating talents to the events arena and works hard in providing clients sharply negotiated vendor agreements. A great mediator with excellent planning and organizational skills, Michael ensures client expectations are exceeded in the most efficient and timely manner.

Michael and Tim are both Adjunct Professors at George Washington University and teach professional development courses to students of all range of experience in the Event Management program. They are skilled educator and experienced consultants/advisors who can moderate teach curriculum, moderator online meetings and events and guide attendees through the world of virtual events.
